As I start dashing on the wet tiled floor in full speed hoping that I get there before my books get completely wet in the rain, I feel my shoes skid, my feet loose its footing and I slip. A low squeak leaves my lips as I wait for my body to hit the ground. I wait but the blow doesn't come, instead I feel myself jerk forward as strong arms wrap around my waist stopping me mid-air on my fall. holding me close to themselves. I open my eyes which I now realized were clenched shut. Those beautiful eyes... I recognise those familiar chocolate-honey orbs almost immediately. His warm breath hits the tip of my nose, fanning my dripping skin. I feel the overwhelming feeling of joy mixed with sheer surprise course through my veins running all around my body. His muscular Arms arms circulating my waist tightly, holding me so close to him that I can feel his muscles from under his T-shirt. His beautiful eyes stare back at mine, darting from the left one to the right as the tip of his nose touches mine, A frown kissing his forehead. The tiny drops of water from his rain drenched hair dribble down, falling on his lips. My eyes catch the movement as I observe him part his lips slightly. A loud siren blares in my head telling me to get ahold of myself. I gulp and almost like a horn blowing off this action of mine brings his back to his senses. He slowly untangles his body from mine, as I peek at his drenched self. His wet clothes sticking to his body like a second skin. He clears his throat helping me step back and get ahold of my balance. "Thank you...Louie.." I whisper my eyes cast down on my sneakers. I look up when I hear him scoff. "Like I said, make better use of hose beautiful eyes of yours" He says curtly with a cold face while he takes a step back to walk away. "I slipped..it was the floors fault, not my eyes" I mumble with a frown. "Oh, tell me about it...." He calls walking away.
