In the neon-lit streets of Neo-Tokyo, where tradition clashes with futuristic innovation and the mysterious Kami no Chikara shape the destiny of its citizens, Nhazul Kasaki stands at the crossroads of a personal quest for justice. At 16, Nhazul navigates the complexities of high school life at Future Frontier High by day and transforms into a vigilante by night, propelled by a sense of right that refuses to be confined by the law.

Disillusioned by the corruption within the ranks of the Keisatsu-Bushi, the very institution he once aspired to join, Nhazul's path diverges sharply from the one laid out by his father, a respected detective and Keisatsu-Bushi. Witnessing a corrupt Bushi colluding with local gangs, Nhazul realizes that justice sometimes lies beyond the reach of the badge. Armed with his unique Kami no Chikara, the ability to copy the powers of those he defeats, Nhazul embarks on a dangerous double life.
