In the months that Sonic and the others have been fighting off Overhaul, Eggman, Metallix, and Infinite, the League of Villains has been making moves in the shadows, making preparations for the Paranormal Liberation War. Shigaraki is back and more powerful than ever. Now it's up to Sonic, Deku, and the rest of the heroes to end this long drawn-out battle once and for all. The End draws near. They not only trained him and gave him a quirk but also made him be a shadow. An existence that is never written down as alive. He was basically a ghost who never lived before and no one would ever remember a shadow's death.... however due to some reasons he gets back to Japan and what's more he becomes the number 2 shadow.
