Perseus and Elpida Jackson have been through together in thick and thin... well, except for that time in hell where Ida got captured trying to help Percy and Annabeth escape, but they mostly stuck together. Now that bond is tested more than ever. With their mother gone, and severe mistrust being spread throughout camp about Ida and the violent mysterious powers she got from her time in hell, she is forced to leave, and the siblings move to Gotham, one of the few places Ida wouldn't be hunted, but that's not what Percy wants. While he loves his sister, he wants to go to New Rome and be with Annabeth, so he stays in Gotham once a month and the rest of the time at collage.

The bats are a suspicious bunch. Always have been always will be. When Tim meets the new girl, Elpida Jackson, he can't help be suspicious of the girl who used to be a terrorist, no matter how much Damian likes her, which is even weirder. They get more suspicious when they on patrol in one of the bad parts of Gotham they hear a scream and find the same girl waking up, shaking... alone? Where are her parents? Wait, she doesn't have any. Then where is her brother?
When weird, even weirder for Gotham things begin happening, and Ida begins to discover what she can really do, the two worlds collide, well more than they had all ready collided, and, well, shit's about to go down.

The Second Giant War was gruesome. With only 3 of the 7 left alive, they demigods of prophecy left the camps. They were unable, or maybe just unwilling, to be in the places where their friends once walked. They chose to escape the world of demigods while they still could. They wanted to try for normal so that maybe, one day, they could forget any of it ever happened. They wanted peace and safety. Nico... well, Nico had other ways of coping. ------------- Nico had had a long life. 16 years old, plus however many had passed in that cured casino had left little joy in his life. He had lost his grandparents, his mother, Bianca, his friends, and then Hazel... he missed her more than he could bare. He only knew his sister for around a year before he had lost her, and not a single day had passed in the last two years that he hadn't thought of her. He couldn't go to either camp or the underworld without feeling like his chest would explode from the pain. He knew she was in a better place. Her and Frank were in Elysium with Jason, Piper, and the rest of the heroes that died in the wars. She was at peace. Maybe she had even managed meet his mother and they were watching him now... though he honestly hoped they weren't. But the longer they spend time with her, the more they don't believe the accusation. What happens when she meets someone new who catches her eye? What if she joins the team in hopes of healing her damaged soul? What happens when the team encounter people who Percy has managed to piss off during her months after the war?
