When the Oni attacked the monastery, one of them hit Lloyd with a memory spell, but because of his oni blood, the spell didn't take effect until after the tornado of creation exploded on them. Garmadon was the first to find him, and before the Ninja woke up, he took Lloyd with him. He tried to find where Nya was adopted at but there was no luck and soon after that the orphanage kick kai out as they didn't want to deal with him. He was force to live off the streets for years but when he came across a kid that remind Kai of the hardship of living on the streets, he just had to take him in as his own brother. Kai gets sick, and even though he is the master of fire, a fever drastically overcomes him. Causing headaches, and outburst of fire, it's not any normal illness. What happens then? Will his mind get warped from all this? Who will find him first?
