I was told to write my mental health journey for mental health reasons! Also I want to share this one piece because I know there other people who might be in a worse or similar situations than me! If this is too triggering then find another book or chapter! But this created not just to help me but also to help you! I hope this will teach you the easy way were I had to learn the hard way!
There will be trigger warning for mentioning SA, PTSD, MENTAL HEALTH, ADDICTION, TORTURE, TERRORISM, BULLYING ( WHICH I WAS A VICTIM OF) so if those trigger warnings are too much skip the parts that are upsetting or to much for you!

I stood peering over the cold lifeless body that lay before my eyes. I had always thought of death the enemy, but right now, I blessed it upon the person who is now at peace.
