Starscream is nine years old. He lives with his parents Megatron and Hyperia. He also has four older siblings. Slipstream who is 17, Thundercracker who is 15, Novastorm who is 13, and Skywarp who is 11. Starscream is the youngest of the children. Starscream is going to be in 4th grade in the fall. Starscream is very clever, and bright. Starscream loves science, animals, Pokemon, Kirby and Mario. He and his family originally lived in Vermont. Then they moved to Fort Worth Texas in Mid February. Starscream is looking forward to making some friends he really didn't have any in Vermont. However shortly in Mid April after starting his new school Starscream starts to feel unwell. His parents take him to Cook Children's Hospital ER. There after an MRI and a bunch of tests Starscream is diagnosed with choroid plexus carcinoma a type of brain tumor that is brain cancer. Starscream is brave and ready to fight his brain tumor. Starscream makes friends with a girl his age in the hospital who just moved to Fort Worth as well with the same type of cancer. They decide to fight their cancer together and become best friends. Starscream's new friends at school hear about it and worry about him.
