SC Issue Notice To Vivek Bindra Scam Of 500 Cr

In response to a plea accusing motivational speaker Vivek Bindra and his company Bada Business Pvt Ltd of fraudulent activity, the Supreme Court has requested statements from the CBI, the Enforcement Directorate, the Center, and other parties, including thirteen states.

The petition asked for the Center to order the formation of a special investigation team (SIT) of the CBI to look into the allegations made against the social media influencer and his company, alleging that they deceived individuals into parting with their money through a Ponzi scheme that offered large returns.
