It fellows a young man who wants to get sectioned but a number of consultants don't agree he is mentally unwell so he appears to be killing and eating a young woman's flesh so his neighbour calls the police and he gets taken to a mental health hospital to get assessed. But the police discover the woman is in fact a prosthetic doll he only done this stunt to get sectioned and before he gets discharged he gets an operation to get rid of his illness and now he has the highest IQ in the world
