Tying The Knot..... Literally

So, there I was, ready to pull off my great escape from an unwanted marriage, using bedsheets as my escape rope dangling from my bedroom window.
Just when I thought I was pulling off the greatest disappearing act after Zayn Malik from One Direction:

Lo and behold, halfway down, who do I see but my would-be hubby, also making a break for it!
Talk about a wedding day plot twist!

Next thing you know, we're both swinging from windows like some bizarre rom-com version of Spider-Man.

Long story short, instead of escaping the wedding, I ended up eloping with the groom! Who knew fleeing could lead to a happily ever after?
