When a fallen warrior trapped on a mountain saves an injured woman from the snow, little does he imagine she will be the key to both his freedom and his undoing.

Alone on his mountain, 'Fyar' the herdsman cares for little other than his goats and his solitude. But when he finds an injured woman in the snow, memories of his time before the mountain and what drove him there start to resurface. Trapped together with the woman in the confines of his cave home by the winter snow, days turn to weeks, and along with old memories, other things long thought lost start to stir in Fyar's chest.

Jalintu, as her giant savior names her, has known nothing but cruelty. So when she is rescued by a beast of a man she is surprised by his gentleness, patience, and lack of ulterior motives. Eventually coming to trust 'Fyar', as she names him for the feathers woven in his hair, she discovers the true reason why he is trapped on his mountain. Will she be able to help Fyar as he helped her? Or are some animals more comfortable living in their cages?

Romantasy set in the mountains of ancient Europe, Snow Mountain describes what happens when two cultures, pasts, and hearts collide on one snowy peak.

The giant beneath the mountain has awakened after three centuries' slumber and devours some of my fathers' best men every morning. He will continue taking lives, one for every giant our ancient ruler killed to steal his land. But I know this ice giant, this jötunn, as Fell Hallvarðr. He came to me as a regular boy in dreams. He rumbles towards the citadel, tall as five men stacked shoulder on shoulder, I hold out a hand. "Fell Hallvarðr," I call out, ignoring the screams of horror from the warriors around me, "I place you under my royal protection, as the old ways of Cloelia Regina called upon. None of my people shall harm you so long as I live." The people cry out against me, but Fell falls to one knee, dropping me gently to the earth. "Then you shall live, little human-traitor." He replies, "in return for what?" "I shall become queen. And you shall fight for me." * Queen Cassia is a royal embarrassment. People snicker at her, knowing her lungs are too weak to draw breath, much less fight. Her parents fear she will not have the strength to undergo the ceremony to become queen, and that the royal line will have to be passed to an outsider. But all this is disrupted when the giant beneath the ice mountain, thought to be a myth, awakens and attack their city of Ymir. The rest of the cities along the Borealis are in rebellion against the main kingdom of Idriola, and Cassia aims to earn her birthright by uniting them all. * Prequel to "Legends of Rahasia Series" (Priestess for the Blind God, Princess for the Witch Doctor, Pirate for the Dead Goddess). This is the tale of how Cassia became Cassia Boadicea Regina of Idriola, the ruler of blood and ice. The fearsome matriarch of the North & conqueror-queen. When you close your eyes and picture the first person to ever paint the walls of a cave, do you picture a man or a woman? When you imagine the first tool humans developed, is it something deadly, like a spear tip, or something nondescript, like a bag to carry berries? When you think of human interactions with nature, is it one of conquest or cooperation? The Woman has no name and no voice, yet she discovers that she possesses a power never before seen by anyone in her small community. She simply wants to live her life, but when a powerful spirit threatens her tribe and her home, she cannot sit around waiting to be rescued. The Woman grapples with towering questions as she carves a place for herself in the world. What defines the relationship between humans and the rest of the natural world? Does power only manifest as brute strength? And what is she willing to do to protect those she loves?
