4 years after The Battle of Hogwarts, the school is fully rebuilt. Students who would've Graduated are allowed back to finish out their wizarding studies. Jaqueline Banks (21), still grieving the loss of her love Severus Snape, getsaccepted back into Hogwarts as a 7th year.
In her wlecome letter, she finds out that Hogwarts has hired a new potions professor, Daniel Reid (47) to take over after Snape's passing.
