I already have a fanfiction with this name but it's on German and I has many plot holes and grammar mistakes so I will rewrite it new.
In this book Team Avatar somehow lands 100 years in their Future. They come across the new Team Avatar. Mizu is the fire avatar and together with her two friends Tara an Earth bender from Zaofu and Saki a Air nomad from the Republican Air Tempel she was on her way to the Fire nation to meet the current Firelord Lita as they were in a forest in the Firenation they meet the others.

The Avatar and Fire Angel are not only destined to be with each other but are destined to save the world together. Allies will become enemies and enemies will become allies. With in desperate need of a firebending teacher, Zuko throws away the need of capturing the Avatar and instead assists him in saving the world and teaching him firebending. After almost a year of traveling, fighting, friendship, love, anger, and heartbreak it's time for Team Avatar to save the world and bring peace back to it. The Avarar will need the help of a companion more than any other time, and there is no better person to aid him than the secret waterbender that's part of the Fire Nation fleet, the woman who risked her own life to get him to safety, even though this had been the first time they had met in their lives.
