Secret guests, shared rooms, and impromptu weddings are already more than enough for poor Atsushi to handle. But it's not until when people start disappearing to things really start to go wrong. Beneath its sunny facade and cheery smokescreen, could it be that something a lot more nefarious is happening aboard this ship? And more importantly, is Akutagawa really the only person able to help him out?! -- Meanwhile, Chuuya, a man who cannot dream, finds himself suddenly afflicted by nightmares. Dazai tries to help. The characters may not act canonically, In this story, Dazai and Chuuya are both 15 and still in the port mafia. In this world, ability users were prosecuted in society so they had to seal themselves in Yokohama city, allowing no one to enter or leave. While on the outside world, quirks had developed and the existence of ability users became forgotten with the rise of heroes and villains. The citizens of Yokohama are aware of what is going on in the outside world but think it's stupid to label someone as good or evil.
