Rekishi Kaido, an unassuming high school student, is living his normal life like any other person would for his age. But everything changed when his phone is replaced with a similar looking phone.

That phone however, contains a game where the characters from it comes out to the real world. And they're not just game characters either, as they are heroes and legends from the history of mankind: Heroic Spirits.

Now with historical heroes meddling his life, and a phenomenon that shrouded his hometown into chaos and mystery, Rekishi's normal life might be no longer considered to be normal...
