Four Hearts (big eight fanfiction)

In a futuristic world, genetic implants are common. People can receive certain physical traits or handy talents, or possibly even unnatural powers. The whole idea came from a single girl who was born with a supernatural defect, ice powers. After genetic testing, she escaped. She created a group of four girls who rob and destroy. They call themselves the Seasons.

The Golden Four are detectives and police. They have been commissioned to track down the Seasons and kill them if necessary. Each of them has had genetic mutations done to them. But when they each encounter a Season, they realize there is more to the girls than originally known. And the Seasons decide that the Golden Four may not be as bad as they seem. In fact, they may be their heroes.
