Hot shot has a horrible headache, he is vomiting, he is tired all the time and he is cranky. His parents take him to Cook Children's hospital ER because they are worried about him. Then Hot shot has something called an MRI. The MRI reveals Hot shot has a brain tumor the size of an apple. Hot shot gets some other tests done. Then Hot shot is diagnosed with Choroid Plexus Carcinoma a type of brain cancer. Hot shot is going to be brave and fight his cancer. Hot shot is a very playful and active child who loves to run jump climb and play. He lives with his father Heatwave and his mother Quickshadow. Heatwave is a firefighter and Quickshadow is a pediatric nurse. They all live in Fort Worth Texas and have a very happy life there. Hot shot is a very good, kind, smart, and generous little boy with a big heart. Hot shot loves to be with his family. Hot shot starts to feel unwell. He has a bad headache, he is vomiting, he is tired, he has a stiff neck, he is walking funny, and he has a head tilt. Hot shot feels so unwell one day his parents take him right to Cook Children's hospital out of worry. There they do an immediate MRI from the ER. Hot shot is then diagnosed with a brain tumor in his cerebellum which is in the back of his brain. Hot shot's tumor is about the size of a kiwi fruit and the doctors take it out and test it. Then Hot shot is diagnosed with Medulloblastoma a type of brain cancer. Hot shot is brave and ready to face his cancer head on.
