In a world where the strong rule the weak, a certain black haired boy struggles.

Tylex, born without a Kei, was viewed as a reject when he failed to awaken his kei. A Kei was everything in society, it meant you had a potential to grow into someone great. Unfortunately, Tylex wasn't one of those with kei's.

But suddenly, while he was out trying to make some money as he usually does each day, he was given an unexpected surprise.
