DIO somehow finds himself going through what most would call a heat cycle, except it's just DIO and his overactive libido acting up for once. He finds himself being strangely drawn towards Pucci, his beloved priest.

When Pucci dies to Kakyoin and is revived by an unknown being, it leads to the priest and DIO indulging in some activities in the library.

Ungalo, in this AU, lives through hell of going though a car accident with his mom, leading to him being found and adopted by DIO and Pucci. DIO has no idea Ungalo is his actual son, and Pucci prefers to keep it secret because he knew the vampire was recovering from losing their 5th baby already.
