Alex tried to call out to them as they left the room, tried to yell or move, tried to do something. How couldn't they see him, he was right next to them. As he tried to get someone attention, he felt the darkness closing in on himself, his body gave up.

Alex was lost. Not in a figurative way, though. He was literally lost in a forest, with no idea how he got there. Last thing he remembered, Jack had been at the hospital after literally every trace of any human activity there seemed to be erased. This was the same Jack that he had believed to be dead just a week before. The same Jack he had cried nightly over after those dicks at school had basically murdered him. And he was shoving his way through the branches and leaves in the hopes of finding Jack, yet he had literally no idea where he was. Having the characters they created literally come to life was a weird circumstance Mark and Jack had to accept, but a lot weirder is when they all start feeling ill. She's feisty. I think she's perfect for you." I glare at them. "I don't want a pet human. That's your disgusting fetish, and I'll have no part in it."
