After the events of Endgame, Bucky Barnes is still struggling to come to terms with his past and find a way to move on. He is haunted by nightmares of his time as the Winter Soldier, and he feels like he can never truly be at peace.
Bucky joins forces with an ex-SHIELD agent named Olivia Jones to stop Hydra from financing a new project. Bucky and Olivia develop a close bond, and Bucky finds that she is a good distraction from his guilt and pain. However, he is not sure if he can ever fully move on from his past.
