Roxanne is the first girl to be born into the Weasley family. She loves her family and friends fiercely, with them returning the same love. Her mum always doted on Ginny more, but anyone could look at their family and say she was the rest's favorite. Obviously Fred and George are her best friends; the three of them can't sleep without the others being in the same room unless it's a sleepover, which rarely happens, due to their attachment to each other. But other than her triplets, Cedric Diggory is her best friend. He can read her in a way no one else can, comfort her when no one else can, do things others can't. And they're like each other's missing piece.
