The city, the place where the library of ruina, lobotomy corporation, distortion detective and limbus company took place.
A place full of danger and sometimes a downright bloody massacre, I wonder...how's the average life of a person here? and so I made this fic, a fic exploring the side of the city, exploring the city based on the eyes of normal people here.
I do not own the city nor do I own any of the games it is owned by Project Moon, the only thing I own are my oc's.
