When the youngest son of John Winchester awakes in the hospital, he gets horrid news; The Winchester has a serious spinal tumor they aren't sure they can remove. Lost and hopeless, he believes he's going to die. Sam spirals into a state of anger; not wanting to get out of bed, not eating, hydrating, and only leaving when he needs to use the restroom, because what's the point if you're just going to die?
But what happens when Sam wakes up one day to find that he has a roommate? The blonde boy seemed bubbly and bright despite his life-threatening condition. what happens when his bubbly personality rubs off on Sam? What happens when they become so close just to be torn apart?

Cassandra Winchester...or as she's most preferred as The Forgotten Winchester. She's Sam and Dean's little sister but the thing is, she's forgotten by everyone.
