If you like MCR and The Used, you've come to the right place! Ever heard of the Toxic Twins? That's what Bert and Gerard were known as back in the day, which brings about the ideas for this. It's a collection of oneshots about Gerard Way and Bert McCracken. Most of the chapters will be x reader but no promises on there being a few that have characters instead. The majority of the chapters will have Gerard and Bert but there may be one here and there that just has one of them. Also, can't forget special guest appearances by Mikey, Frank, Ray, Jepha, Quinn, and Branden!
(Just a quick note: Updates will probably be slow on this one. Sorry! But I still hope you enjoy it!)

Okay, so Gerard wasn't exactly ecstatic about where they had ended up. Sure, it was Frank, his best friend's birthday, it was Halloween, and they even had a day of vacation from touring. But when the four of them, Gerard, Frank, Ray, and Mikey, ended up on the outskirts of some random town in Jersey stood in front of a long since abandoned house with all sorts of bad vibes about it, Gerard wasn't all too keen on exploring it. Don't Look Down
Gerard way and Frank Iero have always passed each other in the hallway but never spoke a word to one another. They are both alike in many ways. Both loners who feel like they don't quite belong. Frank mostly spends his days depressed and alone. The occasional hurtful remarks from his fellow classmates and father wearing him down. Frank's family issues seem to swallow him hole which is mainly why he feels like throwing in the towel... permanently. Gerard lives to protect those he cares about. Though, he has a bit of an edgy attitude most people learn to respect. There's more to Gerard than what the outside shows. His brother Mikey and best friend Ray know glimpses of how he really feels, and how complications from the past really fuck with his behavior. But, their differences don't keep them apart considering these strangers are forced into each other's lives when Gerard finds Frank attempting to commit suicide.
