Two years after that great war that broke out between the Mafia forces and the World Government in their headquarters in the middle of the ocean on Government Island, things are changing dramatically in the whole world. 
   
Two years after that war, a new student moves to One Piece University and makes many friends in a short period, but this student has many mysteries and secrets behind him that they are trying to discover, and this leads to many problems. 

While they are trying to discover these strange things, they feel strange about the behavior of one of them. Sometimes he disappears and sometimes appears. 

When they decided to monitor him, they discovered many things, but then they ran into a big problem. 


Let's continue the story and discover the events together.
