Two years after that war, a new student moves to One Piece University and makes many friends in a short period, but this student has many mysteries and secrets behind him that they are trying to discover, and this leads to many problems.
While they are trying to discover these strange things, they feel strange about the behavior of one of them. Sometimes he disappears and sometimes appears.
When they decided to monitor him, they discovered many things, but then they ran into a big problem.
