Ten Ways To Her Heart (A Short Story)

Lucas Nash is a senior student in high school and ever since elementary he has been hiding his feelings for his best friend, Rhia. Every time he wants to confess his feelings, it always ends up being unsaid because of the many things that hinder him to say it like the a bus suddenly horns, or thunder is suddenly heard and sometime he just gets pulled away by someone he's about to say the words to her. One day, Lucas was ready to say it to Rhia, he was so ready that he gave her flowers and everything, but again he failed to say the words because he was afraid that she wouldn't return his feelings and their friendship would be broken.

At the same day Lucas picked up a paper that belonged to Rhia, written in it is "10 things I want for my ideal boyfriend". With this he thought that if he followed the ten things, he would be surely liked by Rhia and he will have a chance with her. But can he do it?

Can he confess his feelings in the end?

Or maybe all this 10 things he did was just a waste of time?
