The Insurmountables, an international organization of the greatest superheroes from around the world have decided to recruit three new superheroes into their midst from the Philippines: Dynamica, the Nuclear Superwoman; Ophdia, the Serpentine Heroine and Chance, the Luckiest Man on Earth. Adding to their troubles however is that the Philippines is under threat by a gigantic monster that begs human description and is possessed of truly overwhelming psychic powers. Will the Insurmountables gain three new indispensable members and save a city in the Philippines from total destruction? Or will a large part of the Philippines be destroyed anyway and the rest of it become corrupted by smaller but nonetheless extremely deadly creatures?
