Although when unanticipated situations occur that unknowingly bring them closer whilst they're fighting their hatred for each other.
Will their rivalry change into something different as they play against each other? Will something completely unexpected bloom amidst this rivalry and disrupt their impressions of the other forever?

Yang Jeongin was a newbie psychiatrist. And even though he's one of the best students back in the medical academy, he still was unexperienced. He had not even treated anyone yet. But when he was assigned with one of the most difficult patients to deal with, he was surprised but determined to do his job properly.
