The number two hero, Hawks, may seem like your typical hero. Fighting crime and helping the world. But underneath, he wants it to burn. He spies for the biggest group of villains, L.O.V. After a bit of working for L.O.V., he finds something. He loves death and causing mayhem. He's Toga 2.0, but male and a little different. His feathers can sense stuff when they aren't connected to him.
