If they are made in our image, surely they will suffer the same trials?

In 2078, sentient androids help rebuild a damaged world. Eli, a unique android, struggles to find his place in a world that both fears and covets him as he becomes entangled in a dangerous game of politics and rebellion.

Ten years prior, Dr. Randeep Singh races against time to prevent an impending disaster while balancing the demands of a ruthless dictator.

As the two timelines collide, Eli and Dr. Randeep Singh are forced to confront their vulnerabilities and limitations in the face of overwhelming challenges.

Early Reviews:

"Your characterisation of your main cast was expertly done, but the Board wanted to highlight Eli, whose near childlike wonder at his own existence and other life rather paradoxically creates a sense of hope and beauty in the face of such instability."

"I was very pleased with the intriguing plot, which was well-conceived and developed, alongside a most fascinating cast of characters. I believe your story is very well-structured and well-grounded allowing the story to build progressively and weave together the underlying messages included in your work, including concepts of control and existence, as well as uncontrolled
scientific exploration that are sure to resonate with many contemporary readers"

This is not 'man vs machine' - 'Therefore I Am' delves into ethics of class systems as sentient androids are introduced into a brutal world scorched by a world war and ran by a sadistic regime. Narrated over two timelines, this novel is a real page-turner and a hot take on robotic AI.

Although this story discusses AI themes; no AI was used in the creation or in the writing process.

I wanted this book available to read for free but if you wish to support me you can buy this book in paperback on Amazon in most territories. Search: Mickey Luke Mitchell - Therefore I Am at a very reasonable price.

There is an unexpected turn in the story that drastically changes the course of events and, in the long run, even the lives of those involved. Magpie, the first to be involved, suddenly finds himself in the world so unlike his own. Will he find his place there or will he be at least able to go back home? He seems to find his way back from this new world of giga-dimensions but something unwanted happens, and things go worse. The cultural differences, together with a challenging personality traits of another involved in the events, suck Magpie and his friends into a downward spiral. The story challenges you to see the world differently from the perspective you are perhaps too used to and narrowed by. Life can be an adventure if you don't narrow it with a bigotry that forces you to be rooted in your trenches and behind your dividing walls. This doesn't mean you have to accept others' views without standing your ground. However, to be able to share our lives in this one and only world we need to make compromises, on both sides. Are you the first brave one to set this positive trend in motion? So read on and let the foundation of the story be laid. From the end of episode 1 on, the story really picks up, finally reaching its climax at the end of episode 3 with quite a surprising finish. Your participation in solving this shared challenge of coexistence and cooperation is highly appreciated. Remember those who cooperate make more progress than those who don't! The ideal audience for my first book is actually between 12 and 16, but anybody older and interested in adventures, cultures and in getting more understanding into our multifaceted world is sure to enjoy the story. (The whole story has now been published, the only thing I'll still add is the final epilogue but the story is already available in its entirety.)

You ask for Ellie Williams core Julien Baker and I deliver. Alternate Universe post-apocalyptic story. Think The Walking Dead meets The Last of Us meets Zero Horizon Dawn. ~ The robots were never designed to take over every function, just your basic ones. Specifically engineered devices meant to serve only the 1% that could afford them. They were never meant to be accessible. But when creating any technological advancement you need to think of updates, enhancements, anything to keep the cash flow running. It was the picture perfect definition of how greed corrupts all. At some point they went too far, and they became too sentient. Fused together to get bigger, larger than life, take over entire corporations, cities, completely and totally dismantle the government as it was. When fused together each device developed its own type of venom. When infected it lead to complete and total organ failure, hardening your insides, twisting your DNA until you're just like one of them. Julien Rose Baker was left for dead originally, broken down into nothing during a takeover but not enough to completely infected. She was nearly lifeless whenever a leader of a growing community found her. Fast forward through recovery and years of training and now she's probably the most ruthless second-in-command. Incapacitating every device she comes across, every other cyborg they created, and destroying each and every hard drive plucked from their metal minds. Aurora was previously a med student headed to be the most promising resident in Southern California, before the takeover. Now she spends most of her time on the run amongst the desolated state searching for a cure. Amongst the communities she is highly sought after, hunted, to put it as bluntly as possible so they can take most of research for their own use. Despite the amount of people on the lookout for her though she has never managed to be found. Until Julien finds her.

You were born and raised in Detroit. Ever since you were born, your father has always been abusive to you and your mother, and even to your best friend, whom is an AP700 android model. He was even drunk while your mother was pregnant with you, and you're an only child. As you grow up, your parents are already divorced, ever since you were 4 and the AP700 is still with your father. One day, your mother passed away from a car accident after picking you up from school. But now, it's just you, the AP700 and your father, and your father is still an asshole as always (sorry for my language πŸ˜‚). One day, you and the AP700 decide to run away to Jericho but the android escaped as your father caught both of you, the android tried to help you but you told him to run because of how much you loved him like a big brother and you didn't want your father to kill him. 4 months go by, and you're still with your father, one day you ran away because your father was becoming violent with you. And then you get tired from riding the Detroit bus and it's also night time. You find an abandoned house and you decide to sleep there but too tired to come inside, so you feel asleep next to a garden at the backyard of the house. And then a scarred android named Ralph finds you and he carries you inside the house while you're asleep. The next morning when you met him, you were scared at first but then you became close with him. Then you and Ralph become a father and daughter figure unexpectedly and it happened so fast. Now that you and Ralph are a family, not by blood but by heart, and even though you're human and he's an android, you both don't care. You and your father figure to be, go on an adventure to Jericho, so you could find your brother figure to be (the AP700). What will happen at the end and during the story? Keep reading to find out! I hope you love this! Also, Ralph is one of my most favorite DBH characters and I also love the AP700 android models, they are so cute! Anyway, enjoy!
