This fanfiction gives light to the ignored main characters of the story, specifically the women (Chani, Irulan and Lady Fenring) and focuses on the event leading to messiah. I started this fanfiction out of pure spite and annoyance to the people who said 'omg chani left she's not coming back she's gonna be the villain in Dune 3'. No, Paul said he saw her come back and what Paul sees in the future is an absolute, so I made this with a goal in mind to show how Chani's return could be made, and this is just one form of many. Additionally I found it interesting to write about restoring house Harkonnen and the Bene Gesserit plotting against Paul to begin. Bless the maker and his waters, bless the coming and going of him.
