The young woman stood her ground, her bat held firmly in her hand, eyes blazing with determination. She had trained for this moment, prepared for the possibility of being faced with enemy soldiers. And now, as they charged towards her with weapons raised, she knew that it was time to put her skills to the test. With every strike and parry, she defended herself with fierce agility, never losing sight of her ultimate goal - survival. Despite the odds stacked against her, she refused to back down. But just as she began to tire, a sudden blaring of horns and loud battle cries filled the air. The enemy soldiers faltered, their attention now diverted to the approaching army. Taking advantage of the distraction, the young woman swiftly dealt the final blow to her opponent before collapsing to the ground in exhaustion. As she lay there catching her breath, she couldn't help but feel a sense of relief and gratitude towards the army that had saved her. She may have been a skilled fighter, but even the strongest warrior needs help when facing overwhelming odds. And in that moment, she was grateful for the support that had come to her aid.

She....I....... I was running through the thick branches, pushing the leaves out of my way with all my might. I had to get away. The wet, brown, ground made it easier for me to slip and let her red, chilling hands slip around my innocent, scarred body, not knowing where she would take me next. I was almost out of breath, but I had to keep running if I wanted to make it out of this forest alive. My red dress was getting torn to shreds, and my hands and feet had mud all over them. My long, bushy brown hair was getting hooked on every possible branch, making me push my hair in the back of my dress, just like I used to when I was forced to cook everyday for my loathsome 'parents'. Returning back to the real world, I had to stop otherwise I would black out. I took a few seconds to catch my breath silently, and to look around to see if she was there behind me. I was looking up at the tall, old tree when I heard a twig snap behind me. Just like in the horror films. I turned and ran in the same direction, not daring to look back and see her wretched face fixed on my body. I sprinted and sprinted, but slowed down when I saw I was heading to nowhere but a ragged cliff. The unknown would me known if I continued to run and jump. I stopped two metres away from the cliff and looked down to see a valley so far down. If I jump..... I die. If I let her take me..... the unfair horribleness awaits me. I had no choice.
