Jade lives on the island Tortuga with her mother, Angelica. At a young age, she was taught to fight with a sword for her own protection. One thing that always confused her, was the fact that her mother refused to speak of her missing father. All she ever said, was to stay away from a ship with Black Sails.
One night, there was a pirate attack on the island. Jade has no choice but leave her mother and ends up finding herself on the deck of the Black Pearl where she meets Jack Sparrow.
Not knowing he's her real father, she goes against him and blindly trusts Davy Jones. He manipulates her and uses her for her magical powers she processes through a ring. The one thing he wishes, is for her to kill the one person he wants dead, Jack Sparrow...
