    The magical people of Ceatha Tor believe that those that are amoral should be named and shamed: this is indicated by a person's blood and - in the case of those who have carried out a deed that is so extreme their moral alignment is unquestionable - a striking change of eye colour. 
    
    As an unassuming swordsmith of Hilsbury, Adrian Longthorpe believes that so long as he remains inconspicuous, everything will remain in balance. But when Mason Valley's Paladin - Chester Morgan - comes to call, he finds that his carefully crafted persona is beginning to fall apart - as are the secrets of the Adroites themselves...
