A Game of Reality - Yandere KNY x Reader

(Imma try to make Y/n be as gender neutral as possible so like it will be fair to everyone, Y/n is supposed to be how you imagine them to be, so they can be whatever gender. So as in saying this, Y/n shall go by they/them pronouns so that its fair. I hope you enjoy!)

Imagine waking up in game, a game dedicated to one of your favorite shows. Well, that is exactly what happened to Y/n. They thought they were gonna have a blast, interacting with the characters in the game and maybe creating more relations. Sounds fun right? However there was a twist. Your ex best friend, the person who backstabbed you muiltiple times, some how managed to get teleported into the game as well. So what was once your excitement was quickly replaced with this sinking feeling in your gut. And to make matters worse, your not even the main character in what was supposed to be your story: That bitch you used to call a friend was. Your were just a side piece, a thing. You were just there, no importance whatsoever. You managed to except this though, and instead sought out how to get back home with the help of a friend. However as time goes on, you started getting bored. Then an incident happens and you just couldn't help yourself and stepped in, although you knew you most likely shouldn't have. So because of your actions you have interrupted the plot, messed up the future of the game, changed certain things, and your life. In this game, there is a love meter to tell you how much the characters care for you. And funfact: You've never got the love meters higher then 30%. But as time goes on through the game and the more you interact with the characters, the weirder they become the more their true nature shows.... But who knew this would have all been avoided if you never had that conversation, a conversation of which started off by someone returning your pencil?
