Since the creation of the Multiverse being part of the Omniverse, many factions were created as well to fight, and some of them controlled from lands to galaxies. Some people hated freedom as they feared freedom would lead to chaos in which some Universes would collide with the others, while the other people thought chaos is the Multiverse's natural order which would liberate people oppressed from the order.
In 2025, while the the President of the United States Corey Nistish held a press conference to maintain the ties between the Multiverse's factions, he was assassinated.
The authorities later found out that the assassin of Nistish was Holjebon Wolsi from his homeland of Hawpast at the alien planet Dirsal. He was arrested and taken to be tried at the court. Wolsi explained the reason of this assassination was the Earth intervention at Dirsal in which there was the resources shortage following the end of the Faction War as well as the inability for the Earth forces to withdraw from Dirsal to prevent from worsening as long as they were intervened with the other war between planets in which there was the economic crisis as well.
Wolsi was then executed, which resulted the start of the Infinity War.

After that Superman makes the One Earth Government or 'Regime' to bring peace, whereas Batman and Robin(Y/n L/n) make the Insurgency as a way to combat Superman and make him see that what he's doing is wrong. Along the way death comes to any who oppose Superman with a few well known names like Oliver Queen(Green Arrow) and Dick Grayson(Nightwing) who gets killed by Damian Wayne.
