Rose, on the other hand, intends to stay away from all that has made her family a constant sight in the headlines. But when the terror that is ravaging her country makes its way to her beloved hometown - Astraia, the City of Stars, Rose, who has been sheltered all her life in wealth is forced to go out into the world and face the shadows and secrets that cloud around her.
