Sam is in an accident that renders him unconscious in the psych ward for a few days. Dean visits him but someone else has caught his attention: a quiet boy with a tragic past. He soon calls Charlie for help and together they make a plan on how Dean and Cas finally tell each other what they're feeling. But what seems like a great idea turns out to be a big mistake..
