I watched as the snow fell, I watched as he fell apart, not able to bring myself to say any comforting words towards him.

I was happy she set him free.

He cried on my shoulder, his tears seeming to be the only thing keeping him warm. His voice was shaky as he coughed sobs, his hands tangled in my coat for comfort. It was just the two of us and a broken heart, and the snow continued to fall.
