Mavis just got dump, lost her appartement and her job suck ass. She never thought that her grandfather that she never knew left her everything, an old mansion, money and even a ghostly suprise. She never believe in paranormal until she moved in that old mansion and started to renovate it. Maybe he isn't really that bad, and why did she find love that way. The only way to make him real is to learn how to do magic.

Pretty soon, Max starts hearing child laughter and a lullaby at night. She tells it to her dad, but Adam says she has to stop watching horror movies. But what they don't know is that the woman was right. The house is possessed by evil spirits. The story threatens to be retold if they're not careful.
