Arabella, a young woman with a complicated past, was sent into Hell after being used for the ritual by a Satanic Cult.
She was all alone.
No parents, no friends, no guide to protect her in such a chaotic environment.
She was forced to survive on her own.
One fateful day, she meet the Princess of Hell and Owner of Hazbin Hotel, Charlie Morningstar. She took the young human to her hotel as her only refuge. In exchange for helping her to achieve her dream to find a way home, she decided to work with her in the hotel, becoming the first human in Hell without dying. Arabella embarks on a journey where she will meet new friends and foes in Hell, what the future might bring during her time in Hell and the mysteries that what lies beneath in Hell.
Will she get back to the surface or will she decide to stay in Hell as her new home?
