A retelling of Laura Nowlins' best-selling books "If he had been with me" and "if only I had told her"

August 8th will forever be embedded into my mind as the saddest day in my bookish life.
Laura Nowlin may not be able to bring Finny back but I sure as fuck can.

Autumn had a dream.
She had begged him to stay and he didn't.
Because of that, she would never get to hold on to what she left slip through her fingers so many times.
She's not going to let that happen again.
Dreamworld or not Autumn and Finny weren't giving up on what they had created and it turns out it was a lot more than the two had originally thought.
With new challenges finny and Autumn fight for something they know is meant to be.
But now that they've found each other it seems that a greater being is eager to keep them apart.
Can the young couple fight against it or is god really against them?

"I've been burned once, who is to say it will not happen again" I spoke quietly watching her closely. Grace confused me like no other she wormed her way into my heart with her easy-going smiles, kind nature, and gentle heart. Feeling her small hands hold my large ones I glance down into her green eyes "You need to trust that I am not Mia have I not proven to you Cassian, I am here to stay you fit with me" she said in a gentle yet firm tone. The smile she sent me held love, comfort and that was all it took after months of breaking down the walls I decided to take a leap of faith. *********************************************** Cassian Grey had been burned once and that was enough for him after sharing a business deal with his four other brothers they opened up The Grey Gull on the coast of Cornwall, England. A fresh start is what these guys needed and a fresh start is what they will get. Grace Bauer is an art historian with her own little gallery where she brings long-forgotten pieces of beauty back to life. She too had been burned so when she hears of this bar and grill opening up she knows her friends are just dying to try it out. What both of these souls don't realize is that once thrown in each other's paths they soon realize that maybe just maybe they are what the other half needs in one another. It may take a little more convincing on Cassian's part but can he take that leap of faith and trust Grace. Finding Finn Reed

20 parts Complete Mature

I've seen the same man die over a thousand times. I've memorized the exact time, and the exact way he dies. There hadn't been a single moment where I wanted to give up, where I decided to just quit. Regardless of how many times I failed, I found him in unparalleled ways. The phenomenon I called Time Hopping all began when Finn Reed died. ______________________________________________________________________________ Melanie Abner has to watch her best friend Finn Reed die countless times in an attempt to save him with her new found ability of Time Hopping. She meets Atticus, another Time Hopper who explains to her everything about her ability, and the truth behind Melanie's past. As convincing as Atticus sounds, Melanie can't seem to accept certainty of Finn's death. As time seems to pass by however, she realizes that sometimes it's best to accept the things you cannot change, and move forward with the things you can. (DISCLAIMER: This is the first book I've written, so it's somewhat of a practice. Either way, I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed writing it!)
