Kara was sent to earth to care for her cousin Clark, but she arrived late and he was already an adult aka Superman. What if someone else was sent to care for Kara because she was only merely a teenager when she was sent from the dying planet of Krypton? 

But what happens when that person is also much later at arriving and by the time she does, Kara is already an adult and Supergirl. 

Who is this person? Kara has never met her before and why does she make Kara feel this way??
