Rain has home problems and cant take it anymore so he runs away. He still cares for school and grades so he still goes to school. When his best friends find out he ran away they decided to go with him. he meets a boy named sage who he hates over time they become friends.....okay maybe a little more then friends, but he doesn't know what to think because he's not gay.. right?

It's unfair to say Heath's life has gone to shit, because it's pretty much been shit since the day he was born. His abusive father left when he was young, and his mother and brother have never 'forgiven' him (because, of course, they say it's his fault). With no support at home or school, Heath turns to the other outcasts in his neighborhood: stoners, drug dealers, dropouts, burnouts, ravers, goths, and everyone else that doesn't quite fit in with their respective groups. But then, one day, after being reported a runaway, Heath is arrested. He suffers a mental break at the thought of going home, but, luckily, he's a young white boy, so rather than locking him up, the cops bring in a trained psychiatrist to evaluate him, and she realizes: Heath isn't an asshole kid, he's acting out because he's suffering. He clearly has PTSD and potentially the sprouts of antisocial personality disorder, and there are lots of other maybes that need to be checked out. So Heath is taken away from his family and put in a residential treatment center. Was This Really An Accident?
Noah moved to a new town just a few weeks before school starts back up again. He meets a few people on his bus and they end up best friends. One of them tells them about a party that they got invited to. They invite Noah and their other friend along. Noah gets sort of lost but finds his way to a corner. He hangs out there for a while until he feels someone bump into him. He's the one who says sorry and the other questions It. The question soon gets taken back. Someone calls the others name "Logan" Noah knew the boy was hot and he seemed nice, but he never got to ask him Anything. He snaps out of his thoughts when on of his friends show up. Noah asks them if they know anything about Logan and his friend responses with no but he's friends with someone who's friends with Logan. Soon the conversation turns into who can drink more. The next day Noah remembers that his friend said to leave notes in Logan's locker. And Noah does just that. After a while Logan needed to know who was leaving him the notes. He skipped class just to find out, but he got caught and sent to detention. Noah was also there for passing notes in class. Logan groaned an annoyance when he remembered Noah from the party. Then it hit him like a rock. The boy from the party was leaving the notes. The bell rang and before Logan could say anything Noah was gone.
