Each poem reflects a moment of heartache, but also of resilience. It's not just a story of heartbreak, it's about learning to embrace the tears that shape us.

The poems contained in this book was written with a lot of heart. The confusion and turmoil expressed in these poems is very real to most people and myself. Life is brutal and we wake here without guidelines so we struggle, a lot more than we need to. It is sad but that is our reality.

This book is full of poems I've written from the heart. I've always wanted to share them-not just to express myself, but to see if others out there might relate.
