This Fanfic Follows The Story Of Fuyuki Shimoyama, The Winter Hashira Of The Demon Slayer Corps, Of The Meiji Era. Fuyuki Shimoyama Was Born On April 17th, 1860 To Loving And Caring Parents, Who Were Close Friends Of The Kamiya Family And Was The Childhood Friend Of Kaoru Kamiya. When He Was 7 Years Old In 1867 His Parents Were Killed By A Demon, And He Was Saved By A Demon Slayer. After This Tragic Event He Vowed To Hunt And Kill Demons So That No One Else Had To Suffer At Their Hands Again. For The Next Few Years He Would Train Under The Winter Hashira Of The Time, Yukikazu Soseki, For The Next Few Years Until He Turned 15 Years Old In 1875. In The Spring Of 1875 He Would Participate In The Final Selection And Would Pass Along With 7 Others. For The Next Two Years He Would Hunt Demons And Would Become A Well Known Demon Slayer In The Corps. Two Years Later In 1878, The 11th Year Of The Meiji Era In Japan, When He Was 17 Years Old He Would Be Promoted To The Rank Of The New Winter Hashira After His Master Had Retired From The Corps. He Would Stay In Tokyo With His Childhood Friend, Kaoru Kamiya During That Year And Would Encounter A Man Named Himura Kenshin A Rurouni Who Was Also Known As The Legendary Hitokiri Battosai Of The Bakumatsu Period, Which Would Change Their Lives Forever.
