890 hours... 765 hours and 43 minutes... I looked to the person that walked past me, going to cross the road, seeing his time. A solemn expression on my face, as I saw his countdown. 5... 4... 3... 2... 1... With that, he was dead. A truck came screeching to his figure, body flying a few meters from the impact, limbs no longer intact, his blood soon forming a crimson puddle underneath him. I looked at his chest, seeing the numbers 00:00, blinking a few times, then the numbers were gone, just like his life. He was going to die, she is going to die, everyone around me is going to die, and I can see it very well, because... Everyone is on countdown.

All of me, the hard parts of flesh you could never seem to love, drips down the drain. I am waiting for the day for your fingers to unscrew the pipes, dig through debris and mess, scrape your heart against the rust, just to find me, so we can go through it all over again. Here, in the pages I find myself, in the ink that writes against my flesh, I will whisper the sadness, the heartache, and the decaying for all of the unspoken.
