Ellis O'Reilly: Sunlight in the Dark

Ellis has been a vampire for over 50 years, and he's seen it all - or so he thought. When the magistrate summons him for a special assignment, Ellis is less than thrilled. His mission: travel to the remote town of David City, Nebraska to investigate reports of another possible vampire in the area.

Annoyed at having to leave the comforts of his humble abode--yet again, Ellis sets out on the long journey to the American Midwest. But upon arriving in the sleepy town of David City, he finds the situation is more complicated than he expected.

Preparing himself for the unknown, Ellis must face the shadows that lurk in the heartland to unravel the truth that is hidden behind the relentlessly peppy and positive townsfolk, who are intent on making Ellis embrace their Midwestern charm.
