TW: Murder, blood, kidnapping, abuse and violent language. 20 year old Madeline Myers gets devastating news that her best friend , who had gone missing three months ago. Was found dead that morning. A couple days before that, she had given up on ever finding her. The cops weren't determined, why should she be? But as soon as she heard them say that her best friend, who had been the only constant in her life for 10 years, was gone. She was more determined than ever to find out how it happened, and who did this to her. So she quits school, and goes around with her brother searching for clues, and answers. Will she solve the murder? Or will she just continue chasing butterflies?
